What to bring with Not too
much! All your personal belongings must fit into a rucksack/suitcase (if
possible ladies!) Summer clothes easy for beach and camping, windbreaker, tracksuit pants, walking shoes, towel, swimming clothes. Remember, Hermanus can become cold & wet :-).
Bedding (sleeping bag or sheet and blanket, pillow) Mosquito repellent, Torch, Toiletpaper! Own eating utensils – cup, plate, knife, fork, spoon Own
tea/coffee/juice - boiling water supplied in urn.
COSTS: R50/person/day (includes accommodation & food & teachings/activities). From the 22nd onwards - please contribute according to ability to cover costs. |

General information The camping
site is on the grounds of the Hermanus Boys Scouts on the Kleinriver Lagoon overlooking
the Plaat and the ocean on the one side and the magnificent mountains on the
other side. It is nestled under ancient milkwood trees and really a very
beautiful site. Unfortunately it is also in a residential area so we would not be allowed to
make noise – so no radios etc will be allowed and no alcohol also. The camp is
there for those seeking to be established in the grace of the Lord and
fellowship with Him and His body. Godly
discipline (with fun) will be the order of the day – esteem one another and love one
another from a pure heart. We will be sleeping in two-man tents and come together in a big tent for meetings. Note there are cold showers, but flush toilets :-). Alternative accommodation is available in town for those with transport - we can enquire about prices for those who are interested.
Please try and arrange for your own transport to get here and to get back – if its not possible let us know.
Registration will take place on the 19th from 15h00.
Directions to the camping grounds:
Drive right through Hermanus with Main Road in the direction of Stanford / Gansbaai. While still in the residential area of Hermanus you will come to a very large circle in the road. Carry on straight in 7th Street. You will pass a Friendly 7-Eleven on the left. Carry on for about 2km and then turn right into 17th Avenue. Turn right into 10th Street, and then take the first left which will lead you to the camping grounds.

While every reasonable care and precaution will be taken in all arrangements and activities, please note that neither the organisers of the camp nor School of Grace will be liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, problem, damage or irregularity of any kind whatsoever related to anyone attending any portion of the camp.
